I haven't worn my hair straight in a while. I feel like I look different today, maybe? Well another casual layered look today since I'm still in holiday mode even though I've been working these past two days. I think next week is going to be a hard one since everything will be back to its usual schedule.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting a fellow blogger, Sara from The Ocean in your bedroom. She's in NYC for NYE so I thought what a great opportunity to meet up and grab a coffee. Oh and not only is she another blogger but she's also from Canada! Hopefully we'll get together again over the weekend and do a little bit of shopping.

Since I'm a big fan of remixing my wardrobe, I thought it'd be fun to see these items used in other outfits:




Wow, such a similarity with all of these! Same colors, and layering concept. Oh and notice the grey boots making an appearance in ALL of these pictures?! Oh boy.

{Blue & Peach} Yes, I'm still taking outfit pictures in my backyard. We were planning on moving this weekend but midway throught he week we found out that the tenant that is curerntly in the spot we're moving into wasn't planning on getting out until Monday. Who does that? Personally, I much rather move over the weekend than leaving it until a Monday but I guess not everyone is on a Monday to Friday schedule. So, instead I spent Saturday packing away, and Sunday went into the city with my man and strolled through Central Park, and stopped into the Met for a quick look. We had a delicious lunch at Candle cafe , another amazing vegan place in the city. This outfit is from last week but I didn't have time to post it until now. I like this color combination and the tights add a little texture since both top and skirt are solid. I usually like to mix it up with a least one print but this is keeping it a little more simple.
