Le Reveillon
(My sis & I in the room that no one ever sits in)
I was starting to feel a little bad about not blogging the past couple of days. I know it was Christmas and all but when I saw that so many of you were still in the habit of posting, I knew I had no excuse. You see, it's a family tradition here to celebrate on Christmas eve. Everyone comes over around 4pm and we start to eat and then drink and then eat some more until someone (*cough, cough Dad) gives us the o.k. to start opening gifts. That said, all was quiet yesterday (the 25th) and all I did was catch up on season 4 of Dexter, then moved on to single episodes of 30 Rock, and Big Love and catch a few movies. There was no reason to get out of my pj's as no one was coming over and I wasn't planning on going anywhere. Basically, I discovered a little thing called Movies on demand and it was great.
So for this post I give you my Christmas Eve outfit, a dress I've worn on this blog before but this time dressed up. A completely different look than the first time I've worn it.
If you still haven't got your fill of Idee Geniale, you're in luck as I've been a busy lady this past month and have 2 interviews that have just been posted over the holidays.
As you know I've done a collaboration with Dusty Rose Vintage and they've just posted a little feature over on their blog.
Also, the lovely Ebony, at Ebony & Ivory did a little Q&A with me and you can find it here: The Beauty behind the blog .
Hope everyone had a great Christmas/Holiday time with their families and friends! I'm out of here tomorrow and will be back in Brooklyn for New Years.
