Varli Singh, the founder of VARLI Magazine and the creator of this first-of-its kind Varli Food Festival pay homage to the fine offerings of Indian cuisine and culture. Throughout the Festival, guests indulged in fine wines, Tequila Avion, and delicacies from over 35 of the finest Indian restaurants including: Tamarind, Devi, Junoon, Tulsi and Chola.
