Who knew that wearing a hat could be so fun! I've been meaning to wear it all summer but it isn't exactly a New York city kind of accessory so I had yet to try it. The weather on Saturday was gorgeous for taking pictures. Right after I took these, I did some "gardening" which meant ripping out the crazy weeds that were taking over the backyard. It was scary out there! This dress is being passed around the Delightful Dozen girls and I have to say it's a pretty easy dress to style. The print is gorgeous and the fit is so easy. I think this one will fit most girls no problem. You can catch everyone's version by checking out our Facebook page . Just a super quick post before I run out the door. I think when I don't know that to wear in the mornings, this is my go to: dress, cardigan, boots. Especially when you don't know what the weather will be like. Anyways, with these warmer temperatures, you can't help but show a little more skin (I said, just a LITTLE more) and with that, the tattoo's come out. So yeah, these are them. Both of them are Japanese inspired and very colorful since I still wanted to be my girly self. I've had my arm tattoo for over 7 years now and my back was done just over 3 years now ( i think). It took me forever to finish, mainly because i'd only go for about 2 hours at a time and it probably took over 10hrs to finish! haha. I need to toughen up a little. And i'm not sure why, but my hair seems to be getting darker and you can barely tell that I dyed it! wtf? I'm going to have to go lighter next time! *if you bought anything from my blog shop this weekend, it's on its w...

J'ai trouvé mon soleil

{ I found my own sun} A few weeks ago, I received an email from Weardrobe asking me to be a part of the Weardrobe / Pac Sun Spring Break crew. At first, I wasn't really sure what this all entailed. But soon enough a packaged arrived on my doorstep with a whole bunch of Spring/Summer goodies. I couldn't believe it. All of the stuff was really cute and I couldn't wait to photograph my outfits! One problem, the weather in NYC was far from Springlike. So I waited, then waited. But now having some new clothes and not getting to wear it just brings me back to my childhood where my mom bought my school clothes in August and I had to wait until September to wear them. This weekend, I decided would be the time to bust out some items from the Spring Break Survival Kit . It was sort of sunny and I felt a little daring, wandering out of my backyard for my outfit pictures. Well, the sun was deceiving as it was so freakinshly cold, I had a jacket on top of this and wished I had a scarf...
