Hazzard I was introduced to a fragrance by A Wing & A Prayer Perfumes by perfumer and owner, Jane Cate for the Outlaw Project sponsored by the Natural Perfumers Guild. A few months ago, I was reintroduced to A Wing & A Prayer through a friend who told me about a lovely perfume composed by Jane. I immediately told my friend, Monica that I would be eager to learn more about it. Later, I received a package of samples and the one that I heard the most about was called ILLUSIONS PERFUME.
