Le Sash is back









I know I haven't really been going into details of my life in my recent posts and that's basically just a time issue. After going through picnik to upload and make my pictures "prettier" I just want to post them and go to bed.
So I decided to let you all know what I've been up to recently:

Last night I randomly woke up at 4am and could not get back to sleep. So I checked some emails only to find out that photobucket has yet again disabled my account!AGGGGHHHHHH!! I'm so fed up with this site that I will proceed to switch over all of my photobucket posts to be regular blogspot pictures. So if you're new to my blog and peeking at my archives, please check back by Saturday as I'll most likely have it all done by then.

After sending out a few emails (including a nasty one to photobucket) I went back to sleep until about 6:30am since I decided that this morning would be the first of my morning runs. Yes, that's right, not only do I wake up and take my outfit pictures in the morning, I'm adding a 20 minute jog in the mix. We'll see how long it lasts but I figure I have 2 months before I go for my bridesmaid fittings (my sis is getting married in June 2010) so I want to be in tip top shape!

My apartment looks like its been ransacked. Not only do I have clothes all over the place but dishes are piling up and DIY bits and bobs are lying around every nook and cranny. I've been knitting until my fingers go numb and hopefully you'll see the fruits of my labor very soon.

I made a "black market" trade with one of my Canadian friends. I sent her a bottle of dry shampoo that you can only find here in the states, in return for packages of Super Nibs. Well turns out that 1 bottle equals 5 packages of candy! I've eating it since Monday and let me tell you my belly does not feel well but I can't help it!

I'm starting to put together my Halloween costume (it's going to be awesome). I've enlisted the help of my new friend Pamela from Market Publique and will be getting together with her on Saturday to hopefully put it together.

So that my friends explains the dinky little updates you've been getting these days. I'll try and keep it regular when I can but maybe these recaps is all I can do right now. Thanks for reading all of this! (if you made it through the entire thing). You guys are awesome. I mean it.

Bleu et Pêche

{Blue & Peach} Yes, I'm still taking outfit pictures in my backyard. We were planning on moving this weekend but midway throught he week we found out that the tenant that is curerntly in the spot we're moving into wasn't planning on getting out until Monday. Who does that? Personally, I much rather move over the weekend than leaving it until a Monday but I guess not everyone is on a Monday to Friday schedule. So, instead I spent Saturday packing away, and Sunday went into the city with my man and strolled through Central Park, and stopped into the Met for a quick look. We had a delicious lunch at Candle cafe , another amazing vegan place in the city. This outfit is from last week but I didn't have time to post it until now. I like this color combination and the tights add a little texture since both top and skirt are solid. I usually like to mix it up with a least one print but this is keeping it a little more simple.
