I was awarded this Beautiful Blogger award from Michelle at cookies+creme vintage, a wonderful vintage loving blogger and fellow Canadian!
The deal is to write 7 interesting facts about you and then pass it along to 7 other bloggers for them to do the same. Although I'm not certain if these things are exactly "interesting" I will share them with you:

1. I used to let my mom & sister shop for me up until junior high.

2. I'm a really big dork. Really, I am. I say dorky things and people laugh.

3. I have a fear of getting locked in a public bathroom.

4. I was a total Gwenabe and had platinum hair with fuchsia tips at one point in my life (dork).

5. I've lived in 2 countries, 3 cities, and 14 houses/apt. in the last 10 years.

6. I'm terribly secretive.

7. Last night I beat Chris at Tetris 11 times out of 18.

Bleu et Pêche

{Blue & Peach} Yes, I'm still taking outfit pictures in my backyard. We were planning on moving this weekend but midway throught he week we found out that the tenant that is curerntly in the spot we're moving into wasn't planning on getting out until Monday. Who does that? Personally, I much rather move over the weekend than leaving it until a Monday but I guess not everyone is on a Monday to Friday schedule. So, instead I spent Saturday packing away, and Sunday went into the city with my man and strolled through Central Park, and stopped into the Met for a quick look. We had a delicious lunch at Candle cafe , another amazing vegan place in the city. This outfit is from last week but I didn't have time to post it until now. I like this color combination and the tights add a little texture since both top and skirt are solid. I usually like to mix it up with a least one print but this is keeping it a little more simple.
