Remember when I listed 7 random facts about me? And number 3 was that I was a dork? Well, this post title just proves it. Everytime I start a post I come up with the cheesiest titles for them and most days I hold myself back before hitting "publish post" and quickly change it. Today wasn't one of those days.








Comfort to me equals leggings. But then, leggings equals frumpy. So how do I manage to leave the house in leggings? Lace! I was so happy that kensiegirl was making these printed lace leggings, that I quickly snatched up a pair. I think they might even get remixed in this blog since i've already thought of a few different ways to wear them.
Today's comfy look is due to sleeping in (which I've been doing alot) and not having time to get into my usual routine. Plus, I'm trying to avoid washing my hair since my blowdryer is on the fritz and could possibly blow up at any moment, well that's what it sounds like anyways. I think it's time for me to take a walk over to Ricky's and invest in a new one while they're on sale. I'm also looking to get into using hot rollers. Does anyone use them anymore? I know they used to be popular but since the whole flat iron craze I'm not sure anyone is "setting" their hair anymore. I want to start.

{Blue & Peach} Yes, I'm still taking outfit pictures in my backyard. We were planning on moving this weekend but midway throught he week we found out that the tenant that is curerntly in the spot we're moving into wasn't planning on getting out until Monday. Who does that? Personally, I much rather move over the weekend than leaving it until a Monday but I guess not everyone is on a Monday to Friday schedule. So, instead I spent Saturday packing away, and Sunday went into the city with my man and strolled through Central Park, and stopped into the Met for a quick look. We had a delicious lunch at Candle cafe , another amazing vegan place in the city. This outfit is from last week but I didn't have time to post it until now. I like this color combination and the tights add a little texture since both top and skirt are solid. I usually like to mix it up with a least one print but this is keeping it a little more simple.
