Style This: AA striped skirt
This week's style this feature is all about the classic American Apparel cotton skirt. I know that most of us already have this skirt or a version of it(if you're like me, you bought it for $14 at Target) in our wardrobe. I thought it'd be a great way to show you how I'd wear it.
Here's the email I received:
I ordered this skirt from AA thinking it was darker, more black-ish, and instead it's more of a light gray. I was originally going to style it with a basic black v-neck and an electric blue cardigan with black gladiators, but now the entire outfit doesn't look as cute as I had hoped! Any ideas?

A few notes:
- I think this skirt is a perfect weekend look. I'd pair it with some kind of denim, whether it be a shirt or a jacket.
- Instead of gladiators, I'd go with loafers or brogues.
- Add a few girly accessories like a cute purse and bow belt. That way you don't look too casual.
- If you're outdoors like a BBQ or picnic, a fedora can be a cute completer item
