Wearing white after labor day??!! Heck yeah. You know me, I like breaking the rules. Especially when they're silly ones like no white after labor day, or black and brown can't be worn together. Anywho, I think this is the first time that I have so many outfit pictures but no time to post them! As I mentioned last week, I'm heading  out to Ottawa tomorrow night so I've been getting things ready for that and finishing projects up at work, all of this meaning not much time for blogging. Hopefully I'll get some posts scheduled for while I'm away, just so you don't go through withdrawal, cause I know you would. ( i kid!)

Oh you want to know about this outfit? Ok, this was my go-to Monday I-want-to-be-comfortable outfit. I've had the cardigan for years and it's probably one that I wear most often. The dress was a kensie sample that didn't make it to production and my tights are the only thing that I bought while shopping on Saturday! I needed to refresh my tights situation for Fall. And the booties you've seen them before.

{Blue & Peach} Yes, I'm still taking outfit pictures in my backyard. We were planning on moving this weekend but midway throught he week we found out that the tenant that is curerntly in the spot we're moving into wasn't planning on getting out until Monday. Who does that? Personally, I much rather move over the weekend than leaving it until a Monday but I guess not everyone is on a Monday to Friday schedule. So, instead I spent Saturday packing away, and Sunday went into the city with my man and strolled through Central Park, and stopped into the Met for a quick look. We had a delicious lunch at Candle cafe , another amazing vegan place in the city. This outfit is from last week but I didn't have time to post it until now. I like this color combination and the tights add a little texture since both top and skirt are solid. I usually like to mix it up with a least one print but this is keeping it a little more simple.
