Keith's 1001 Cocktails




Lets kick in Cinco de Mayo with a Blanco Mojito cocktail, the weather is getting warmer and what better way to enjoy if not with a mojito.



Blanco Mojito

1 oz Silver Tequila

2 oz lime pulp

6 mint leaves

1 tsp fine sugar

ice cubes

1/2 oz seltzer

1 0z Sprite

Directions

- Mix tequila, lime leaves, sugar, ice in shaker

- Pour contents into highball glass

- Finish with splash of seltzer and soda
